Now that winter is mostly in the rear view how are things looking in the south central units as far as mortality? Given the mild winter hopefully we see low mortality and high fawn recruitment once the report comes out.

I’d assume the hunting will be about the same as last year. Just with hopefully more fawns around.

I’ve been hunting central Idaho for the last 5 years. Man last season was rough compared to all the previous. I would think it takes a few more years to recover
