Yup. Removal of 14 OTC units (rifle) and keeping unlimited OTC tags will only compress folks into the remaining OTC units. It'll be a rodeo if your hunting OTC rifle this year. Hopefully the over-arching OTC/Crowding problem will be addressed in 2025 with the new BG structure, but 2024 OTC will be interesting.
