We went 1 for 3 in Saskatchewan. Hot weather made it tough. Saw lots of bears, just no big ones. Had some great bear behavior around the baits. Buddy did get a nice color phase. Fishing was good.

I just got my first bear. Just over 6’ with a 19 1/16” skull. Chocolate boar. Biologist said it was over 10 years old and I should have an exact age after they process the tooth in about a year

Bear had zero fat and her bones were protruding, definitely a hard winter.
