Get the dog on birds in the Dakotas and eastern Oregon. Planning on a puppy this year too, so we’ll see.

Will hunt ducks, doves, squirrels, turkey, whitetail, possibly pigs and if I'm ridiculously lucky elk in my home state of TN. Already hunted ducks in IL this year. Shooting for the moon on all my Western state apps so probably nothing there. Might go for a reasonable antelope unit in WY. I would normally do OTC something out west if I didn't draw but buddies want to do a Canada duck hunt so I'll probably join them on that this year. Will probably hunt either deer or geese in WI also

^^^ 😁 You would have to put on your best Ben Pearson and Fred Bear. I have tried pheasant on the wing before and got close. It was fun but you got to put a lot of arrows in the air.

This season I’ll be going out to hunt elk in Colorado, and some white tails in New Hampshire, and New York.

I haven’t decided 100% yet. Going to mostly come down to what the wife and kids get draw tag wise.
Now- April, hogs
April- turkey
May-September, hogs
First week of October- Oklahoma black bear
October-December, whitetail
First week of January, Oklahoma mule deer

Or I might decide to go do antelope and mule deer early instead of black bear. It’s all up in the air

My year is looking similar.

Spring black bear (maybe, although I don’t care much for bear meat).
Sheep in Aug.
Caribou in Aug./Sep., if the kids draw a youth tag.
Moose in Sep.
Goat and black tail in Oct. on Kodiak.
Whitetail bow hunt in Nov. in PA
