Yes, it came with 2 inch frame extensions.

The Peregrine has a sort of built in Talon on the back. It's not removable.

The guy I found that makes fully custom fit packs is Dan Mchale. It's a process. You take measurements like a custom suit and then he sends you pack to check fit with and demo. Then you order the custom after going through that process.
