2017 Deer Success

North Mississippi public land, exceptional buck for this area.

About a week after I harvested him, I stumbled across game cam pics of him on social media. I contacted the hunter and he had pics of him from the previous season too.

My first buck ever (I've killed a LOT of does). Got this guy in my backyard during the rut. It is a HEAVILY hunted area so I was very surprised when this guy walked by during the day!
