I have been taking my kids and brother hunting a lot this year, so this last weekend, I decided I would go try and fill my deer tag. It didnt take long to find this deer, but took me 20 min to decide if i should shoot it. I had a fit of greed for a little while and thought to myself "if i can find a 150+ deer this close to trailhead, what can i find a couple miles in???". Then I slapped myself, pulled out my Ruger 6.5 Creedmoor and shot him. No regrets.
