Waiting for my new Marshall to arrive. Just wondering how it handles rain and wet weather? Not bad up here for rains like pnw but just wondering if I need a pack fly. Thx.

Your pack fabric will get wet in prolonged drizzles or a heavy downpour. For the no-weight/small cost I would definitely advise you to buy a silnylon or other lightweight rain cover for your pack.
