It was a small one. But have a few nice bulls spotted for the Saturday opener. Hopefully they stay around..

Good point Andy. I guess my eyes have been saturated with pictures of Rocky Mtn Elk racks.. typical for me from mid-summer until about now!

My buddy is over there this weekend looking for a Rosie. I've been waiting for a phone call to get my butt over there to help with a pack out. I'll attest to those Rosie's being trophies. I got my first one last year during archery season. That area is nothing but near vertical hills and you definitely have to work for them. The year prior I hunted it during muzzleloader season and it rained and rained and rained.
