Hey guys looking for a pair of Swarovski SLC 8x42 HD models I believe they were made form 2010-2013 they are green armor and black center. I have a pair of slc from 2018 , and I’d like to compare the two. Here is a pic from off line that shows what the armor looks like. If you have one your looking to sell send me a pm

Yeah I added them to my cart, and decided to do some quick reading for 10 min to see if there was any different in glasses. And they sold 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ I am going to be kicking myself for a while on them

The new kahles helia s are the exact same bino but only for sale in Europe. U can buy from optics trade like 1250

THIS is $300 more than the ones that had been on eBay…pretty pricey for what they are, but maybe an option if you are set on them.

Hey thanks, I just picked them up, honestly more than what I wanted to spend, but eurooptic said they are warranty as new, and I figured I’m not gonna get a chance to get them new/demo from a American retailer. Since they have been discontinued.

I currently have both slc models in 10x42. I cannot tell a difference in glass. However the focuser and hinge smoothness is far better on the older model.

Just a thought, If you find a good deal on the new Zeiss SFL 8x40…might be worth giving them a shot. I’m currently running them and I think they’re superior to the SLCs on many levels (glass—looks more like NL Pures to my eyes, coatings (almost no glare looking into sunlight), smart focus…is amazing, FOV slightly better and lighter weight). Use to be hung up on Swaro til I tried some of the Zeiss models..

Hey
I’ve never bought any “Condition B” optics from them, but the “Condition A” optics have always been like new.

Don’t know if you want to take another shot with them, but they do have a pair of “Condition A“ Swarovski SLC 8x42’s listed right now:

Hey thanks I checked with them and they are the all green armor model which I already have a 2018 model like them. I appreciate you reaching out to me, but looking for a green/ black armor version. Any way the price is really good for these, maybe some one on the slide can use them.
