I was burned by eurooptic last fall. Paid next day air on a $2,000 pair of binoculars. They did not let me pick ups delivery time. They waited 9 days to ship then scheduled them to arrive at my house at 10 am on the day before I left for the hunt i ordered them for. A signature was required and i was not there since i was at work. I called them and asked to have delivery time changed, they refused and told me it wasnt their problem, once they fail delivery enough they come back. Ups said the delivery options were locked in by the sender so i had them just send them back. Got my money back about 2 months later after I filed a claim with the credit card company.

I just had an awful experience with Eurooptic customer service as well. Ordered a pint size game changer with spex lite fill. They sent me a pint size with heavy fill, despite the packing slip, order etc, clearly showing spex lite. The whole purpose of buying the spex lite bag was to bring it on hunt I was leaving for 5 days after the wrong bag showed up. I called them explained the situation and explained the only reason I ordered the bag was to bring on the hunt. They initially owned the mistake and said we will get you another bag shipped out immediately and you have 30 days to send the other one back. I even had this in writing from them. It ended up taking them 12+ days to send another bag only after calling 4 times was I then told that they refused to send the new one until the old one was shipped back. Needless to say I was not able to bring the bag on the hunt. The entire experience was awful and they have some pretty incompetent people working there.
