How long does it take for the capital one rewards dollars to show up on the app? I had a $50 reward on $100 order which I placed last night. I still see the coupon on the stores website via the app and don’t see anything from capital one. Thinking maybe it excluded sale items but didn’t see anything fine print.

I’m having the same issue. Going to email them today. I ordered 4 days ago and mine doesn’t show either. Can’t imagine my items would be excluded

Last time I ordered from scheels I screenshot it and sent it to capitol one after not getting my credit within 30 days. They issued my credit within 48 hours afterwards.

Unfortunately, it sounds like this is a comedy issue so I would just be sure to have a paper trail to make sure you get your credit from Capital One
