20 MOA Base

I have always used standard bases but I will be putting a 20 MOA base on my Rem 700 Sendero 7mm STW. Will I be able to get a 100 yard zero with a 20 MOA base? Or should I do a 200 yard zero.

You'll be able to zero at 100 fine.

My cooper 6.5-284 has a 20 moa bases on it and I have it zeroed at 100 yards
