2 person tent

I'm confused if your trying to keep the elements out how does that work with a tarp especially with horizontal rain. Or even a slight sloped tent site can Get soggy real quick..

If your set on a two person tent id be looking into a tarp for your gear as we'll. you'll see once your in the bush everything don't just fit right in. I use a big agnes seedhouse ul2 for SOLO late season treks. I still bring a 6'x8' tarp to expand my dry area of camp. It's a seedhouse 2 but I would never sleep two dudes in a lightweight backpack tent. My wife and I fit comfortably but that's it. I would look into tarps I have a paratarp and love it.
