How did you feel about the size of the compact? Read reviews saying the footprint is a bit small, crowded, and less stable. I have a tall for use when standing is likely. I'm wanting to get another for backpack hunts when I will always be on my butt and can save some weight and bulk. I am only running binos off it.

I think the compact would be great for that! Basically exactly what I used it for. I’m only selling becuz I wanted something BEEFY for my BTX that I could STAND with,.
