I have a mountainstar, it's an awesome tent. Its lighter, but it's not 4 season. The thing I like most is external pole system, you don't have to deal with a separate fly to try to pitch when windy or while it's raining. Quality and attention to detail is top notch. That said, If you want a 4 season, and don't mind the weight and the external fly, hard to go wrong with SG.

Been looking at Kuiu Mountain Stars, and have read some about the Big Sky tents with the similarities in their exterior pole design. Does anyone else have any experience with the Big Sky tents? Chinook or Revolution. Finding much info or reviews on them has been limited
