2 Guide jackets 1 XL major brown, 1 Large Verde 1.0 & 36 Guide pants

Just like the title states, Major brown is my brothers, bought new wore it 3 times and never in the woods.
Verde 1.0 is in fantastic condition with no signs of wear that I found. Same with Guide pants.
Brother is asking $180
I would like $150 for the Jacket (Verde)
$140 for Guide pant.
