.2 Grains Short of Minimum Load

I screwed up with a recent load and put .2 grains below minimum. I'm using a 110 grain Barness ttsx in 308. Barnes minimum data says 50.2 grains of TAC coal at 2.735, I loaded at 50 grains.

But, Hodgdons data says their minimum is 46.7 TAC with the Barnes with a coal of 2.700.

What's the best thing to do here? Close enough to minimum as is? Pull the bullets and start over? Or maybe just seat at 2.700? Max load from Hodgdons is 52 grains.

How many loaded? Could use to fowl barrel but waste of components imop. I generally start one grain under book max and load .3 increments up past book max, usually less than 10 loads will show whats needed to find max and use data as well finding flat spots to use and adjust seating depth after. Good luck

How many rounds did you load like that and what is your purpose with it? Semi auto or bolt gun?
Just 10 rounds. Bolt rifle, Howa Superlite. Wanted to start working on a hunting round and get some velocity numbers with the chronograph

O shit, well if that the case just sent it. Close enough. It wont happen but obviously if a round sounds different than the others stop and look things over to make sure it's all good.

Thanks, I could seat to 2.700 and be only a few grains below hodgdons max load data. I'm still sort of new with reloading so I'm a little nervous not starting at the bottom and working my way up.

I'm wondering if the difference in starting loads, 50.2 vs 46.7, is different because hodgdons is seating .035 lower than what barnes does?

I would be honestly surprised if your scale and powder dispenser are even accurate with .2 grains charge to charge, borderline guaranteed there’s more variance in your other rounds. I wouldn’t worry, just send it.

Ya know, I was thinking the same. If such a small variance on the low side could get you in trouble, I think a lot more people would be running into issue when starting from minimum loads just given natural variance with scales.
