Everything looks normal, but I'd keep going towards mostly uniform bare metal. Right now, your bare aluminum are the high spots, and are the only contact patches your rings have against the scope. Definitely doesn't need to be 100%, but definitely more bare than black. The key thing to watch out for is the spacing between your top and bottom rings - it needs to be there, for the rings to clamp properly, and over-lapping can take out enough material for them to touch.
