I bought this rifle a while back and have realized I'm just not going to use it. Someone else needs to own this rifle who can fully appreciate it. It's a 1977 production BAR-22 .22lr in superb condition. Steel receiver, of course. There are a few small marks here and there, but overall is just a peach of a rifle, especially being 43 years old. The blue steel is almost perfect. There is one small spot on the right side of the magazine and some very light marks in the receiver dovetail likely from a scope mount. That's about it. The blue is just mint. The stock has a few light bumps. Unfortunately, it's hard to get great stock photos on these gloss-finish Brownings because the camera picks up so much glare. The buttpad is excellent and looks like it's never touched a surface. I’ve posted 10 photos below, and have at least 20 others I can send you.

$925 shipped to your FFL. I accept Paypal F-n-F and USPS money order for payment. Make sure your dealer will accept a rifle from an individual, with appropriate ID sent with the rifle. PM me with your questions and if you need more photos. Don't let this one pass you by. It's not NIB, but it's a peach of a rifle in mint condition. Trades considered for lightweight bolt-action rifles or alpha optics, with cash going either direction. Thanks for looking.

Keith

It’s an amazing rifle and it would look nice in my BAR lineup. Only problem...I’m $900 short. Before I factor in shipping.
And I can’t trade my lightweight hunting rifle for a collection piece. Man, I hope this thing sells so I’m not tempted.

Lightweight bolt action rifles and cash can go either way. Remington 700 Ti or Model Seven XCR, Barrett Fieldcraft, custom rifles, Weatherby Ultralight or Ultra Lightweight., etc. Euro glass - Schmidt & Bender or Kahles. Or anything else you think might be of interest.
