18X50 To much?

Hi everyone. in the market for a new set of binos. Pretty much already decided i'm going to go with the Sig HDX Pros. Im really leaning towards the 18X50. Mostly hunt sections of corn and CRP and want to be able to see to the other side of the field in case I need to make a move on an animal. 18s are pretty much sold out every where. I can walk right in and get the 16s. Has anyone looked through both? are the 18s worth the wait, or do i just grab the 16s? I'm coming from a pair of Vortex Razer HD 12X50s right now.

I have some 15x I really like but have caught my self saying a pair of 18x would be sweet, I treat my 15x as spotter and pack them as such .
