Id venture they run slightly large. Normally wear a 9.5-10, but ordered 9 based on their shoe crossover calculator. Fit is pretty much perfect with a bit of wiggle room.

Size guide showed me as a 10, ordered 11 which werre fine except going down steep country, have a pair of 12s to try now. All my other boots are 11.5

I guess worth mentioning, my feet are wide with a long middle toe. I think regular shoes I end up sizing up so it doesn't hit.

I was between sizes based on their calculator and sized up. First hike today with normal socks and they felt fine. I’m glad I sized up so I can wear warmer socks or add a felt insole when it’s cold.

Just received mine and have them on as we speak.
Lightweight and super comfy!!
My regular boot size is 11 and the 44 fits great (have room for some extra sock thickness ).
Clearly need some real world testing for hunting but these seem reasonable hikers out of the box !
