I’ve had good luck with RL 25, started at 63 gr, ADG Brass, Fed 215. Good consistent sub MOa groups, out of a proof barrel 24 inches, ended at 2950 fps. As always start low and work it up.
I picked up a browning speed lr last fall and worked up a load with imr 7828 ssc that was just under moa. Haven’t chronographed it yet but was able to take a nice big cow just over 300 just holding a bit high like when I was practicing on the range. My plan is to get it chronographed this summer and start getting my dope figured out.
I had good load with IMR 7828 ssc. 63-63.5 gr going roughly 2955 fps. Last year I got ahold of some RL-22 and worked up a load to try and get a little more velocity. With 62.5 gr I'm getting a muzzle velocity of 3033 fps. I'm not much of a target shooter, but with this load just doing load development and sighting in a new scope, I've consistently shot sub-MOA 3 shot groups. I'm very pleased with it.
