I've heard good things about the Yeti knock offs at Walmart (Ozark trail I want to say). They're supposed to be similar quality, but a lot cheaper. Cabela's rotomolded coolers are supposed to be nice as well. Good luck with your search.

Yeah, just be sure to precool them before you go, run dry ice 24/48 hours in advance. Blocks over bags keeps the cooler colder longer.
