So I’m shooting factory in a tikka and always had a problem with a few brass in the same lot. It feels stuck, having to really push that bolt down but next one does just fine.Wondering what causes this?

This is in the reloading section… you are having trouble chambering factory loaded 147-grain ELDMs?

Or you are reloading Hornady brass with 147-grain bullets and having trouble chambering some of them?

Had an ammo question and went to the reloading section…. And yeah just out the box

First I’d check your bolt and chamber. This could easily be a carbon ring or dirty bolt face.
I had this at about 350 rounds in my Tikka 6.5CM. Cleaned the barrel and chamber to bare metal and I was back in action with no "pressure signs."

I'd guess this is an out of spec ammo issue. Possible that your chamber is on the tight side though too..
