140 ELDM vs 147 ELDM Terminal Performance

Anyone have success to report with 140 ELDMs with velocities below 1800 fps?

^^^^Bingo, I'm of the opinion that at average hunting range the 140 ELDm is the ticket in a creed. I actually wish they made a 130. I feel like the 130 Berger Hybrid shines in the creed due to this. Inside of say 600 velocity carries a big stick as all VLDs have a high BC.

Many times we get wrapped up in BC without looking at all of the Data and matching a bullet to the capabilities of the case capacity.

yep, nothing special about it. keep the impact velocity above 1800fps and they work

147s at 2910 out of my 20" PRC have dropped several large bodied KS white tails. I am going to use them for a cow elk hunt in Wyoming this November.
