I will ship at buyers expense. Just in time for hunting season! I don’t have any pics of the rain awning up but it extends out in front of the tent and covers the entire tent (with stove jack accessible). The tent is in great condition, there are 3 small patches where my father didn’t know not to burn cardboard in the stove. Repaired per Davis instructions with Davis canvas. You can get these patches sewn by Davis for $50 if you really want to.
