well one guy who I pmd before contacting PVA who had posted about having issues with 108 eldms and his PVA switched to 105 bergers and said he didn't have any issues after. this was on the suggestion from PVA who said to try begers bc they claimed ELDM doesn't have the best qc and were possibly out of spec which is why they weren't feeding. pva also said if he sent it in and nothing was wrong they'd charge him for bench time. That sounded a little high and mighty and made me a little nervous bc I had just bought a case of 108s but when I contacted PVA ( dealt with Ben) they gave me no trouble and it was very easy for the "warranty". Sent me a prepaid label and said send it in. Once they got it, they checked it and confirmed tighter than spec freebore. they fixed it and sent it back to me and it shoots fine now with the same lots that wouldn't feed.
Then my friend who ordered a 6cm from them same time as me had issues with certain ELDM factory lots. he eventually got other lots and it fed better, we chalked it up to a bad lot of hornady. This was before mine had issues though, so out of spec freebore wasn't really on our radar. if his gets sticky I think it's likely he will likely send it in for them to check and fix.
this was his thread.

Took it out of my rokstock to have some changes done to the stock and thrown it in a krg. It cycled pretty badly where if I went slowish it would get stuck pushing the bolt down and lifting it up. It was “better” when I cycled it fast but not perfect like before. Put it in a stockys VG and same thing. Tried another tikka bolt and same thing. Took trigger off and fed it and same thing. Tried different lots of ammo and same thing. Only thing is I don’t have...
