$1000 Scope recs

With a pump, you are probably not going to be shooting extreme range. For a basic reliable scope, you can't go wrong with a Burris fullfield 3x9. Pretty economical and would pair up nice on a pump.

I hear ya, I plan to upgrade my rifle prior to next season so I’d like to have a scope for that future rifle.

SWFA, NightForce, Trijicon, or Schmidt&Bender.

Skip all the Leupold, Zeiss, Vortex, etc. recommendations. They’re unreliable.

Zeiss v4 or credo off of red hawk or European optic. There are some deals in the classifieds right now too. One that matches exactly my recommendation.
