10 shot ladder load chart or spread sheet

Does anyone have or use one of the 10shot load data sheets in Excel or Google drive they could share that is similar to the below.
I am OK with making or building charts but not great at it and I have been trying to build one but cant seem to make it work.
Mine the chart always ends up all wrong

google Satterlee worksheet. Thats the one I have been using. I would attach it but I'm not that smart

Chronoplotter is a free download that you can input as many grain weights as you want, as well as multiple velocity readings at the weights. It will turn your data into a graph that can be saved as an image as well. Really nice, simple to use program.
