which model wm sleeping bag would you take on a nwt gana river hunt end of july/first of aug really looking at the alpine lite

will be highs of 23/73

I do 10 day northern BC sheep hunts in Late Sept/Oct in a -9 degree Nemo bag and have no problems. Not sure about WM but found the nemo bag bigger and way way cheaper, Just my preference. But early season like that you'd be fine with a 0 degree bag and could always layer up in clothes if needed.

Thanks a good hunt!

I took the original Kifaru slick bag, the 15 degree version. Its probably a 30 degree bag as it sleeps cold. I was very comfortable. I think I was on the 3rd hunt (i think?) which started around August 8th.

The alpinlite should be okay. I've used mine in the NWT for field work through the summer and into September. I've had mine in temps down to -15 C and wearing my base layers it was easily warm enough.
