seems a very nice offer and a shame they are sold out. it is important to get success and reporting what is working as there is not such a good thing as being cold miserable at night,.I have been blown away with my Hyke and Byke and won't be buying any other brand of bag going forward. $800 Western Mountaineering VS my $160 H&B....there isnt anything worth another $640 dollars in the WM. People might argue that but I have my experience.
I have the Eolus 0 degree and have slept down to 12 degrees this past November. I was wearing boxers and wool socks and never once got cold. In fact I was blown away yo find out it was 12 degrees when I woke up.

Is the Hyke and Byke really that good? Seems like a darn good price and at 3.5 lbs not that heavy? Can you tell me your sleep conditions you put it through? Super interested to hear as I’m starting to aquire gear for a float hunt next Aug-sep in AkI have been blown away with my Hyke and Byke and won't be buying any other brand of bag going forward. $800 Western Mountaineering VS my $160 H&B....there isnt anything worth another $640 dollars in the WM. Here's the thing. I use my H&B in Wyoming where it rains 3 times a year and therenis no humidity. I cant say how the bag would do in a wet humid environment. Is the Hyke and Byke really that good? Thanks! I really appreciate the response, I have been looking at the Sitka hyperdown as of late. Here's the thing. I use my H&B in Wyoming where it rains 3 times a year and therenis no humidity. I cant say how the bag would do in a wet humid environment.
But I do know that if I was going to Alaska. I'd want a synthetic bag or some type of high end treated down bag.

Western Mountaineering. I have no experience with the Sitka bags. I could be very wrong with this statement but I'd rider have a bag from a company the specialized in sleep systems. Thanks! I really appreciate the response, I have been looking at the Sitka hyperdown as of late.
