    Anybody use these for stalking? A little added protection plus they are waterproof. Just my thought. I have never used them but plan on it this year. If anyone has some advice, let me know.

    You aren't going to find super easy areas to hunt elk but a relatively mild area may be unit 22 or 32. That area has some steep country but also some pretty mild country as well.

    The drop has started here in SW Idaho. Picked up a couple of brown fresh sheds on Saturday and a friend picked up a few more yesterday. Has it started where you are at?
