    What's more important to you? Being able to get your first bow kill or the opportunity to maybe shoot a bigger deer? It's all about your own personal goals for the season.

    I'd guess 100-105" not a ton of beam lenth and unfortunately you don't gain anything for thick tines

    Rifled slug gun or muzzleloader?

    I've done both and prefer a shotgun. Even if you never need it, it's nice to have the option of a quick follow up shot.

    Alkaline batteries in trail cam???

    Lithium is the way to go. You can get full seasons out of them vs. Alkaline you get a cold snap and all of a sudden your camera that's hours away stops reporting.

    Used Huntstand and Onx and definitely got more comfortable with OnX. Now I'm at a point I have to keep it so I have all my not so secret spots
