I will be following this as I am interested as well in low sugar options. There is just so much out there and you almost have to be a dietitian to decipher all of the crap. Really try to eat as healthy as I can but with all of the fructose, sugar alcohols etc.
I own several Benchmade and Lionsteel knives and tend to like the Lionsteel knives better and they really hold an edge. BUT, the Mora’s are not bad for the money and very functional.

If you are going to take an extension cord, you should consider how far the potential run could be. At the very least use a #12 extension cord just to make sure you are covered. Also make sure the freezer is full with salted water combination jugs to give you some insurance.
