    Ah, no worries - thanks for sharing! Haha good for you for not needing a CPAP. It's a pain in the butt to have to take considerations for tbh. But in case anyone is wondering, I'm a big fan of the AirMini, especially as someone who used to have to carry the massive CPAP briefcases.

    I'm wondering what everyone uses. Ultimately, I'd only carry one for peace of mind so the PLB would be the simplest solution. I also like the fact that there isn't a recurring subscription fee for it. The upfront costs seem relatively comparable, probably skewed to the PLB being a tad more...

    Cheap and easy - I've done packs of ramen with tuna pouches (no draining) for some quick carbs and protein. I just did a backpacking trip over the weekend and tried out the Immi ramen packets - which have higher protein content, but they do end up being a bit chewier than normal noodles

    I do a 36 hour fast every week. Longest I've ever done is about 72 hours. Felt like hell around 48 hours in and then seemed to level off.
