I haven’t taken anything personally. Matter of fact, I would say that everyone that initially attacked me took things pretty personally.

This is exactly it. Unfortunately the OTC units are crowded due to bad decision making from CPW. But there are still some great opportunities that hunters can make the best of. Have to find those pockets nobody has been into and that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s 10 miles in either.

100% agree. We’ve paid some money to hunt outfitters/private land with not much better experience than doing it on our own in OTC. It’s a crapshoot. Unless it’s a top notch operation (which is usually unaffordable for most) I’d save your money and go hunt DIY.
