This is what I do, with a q-tip sprayed with one shot, wipe the inside of the neck. Works well on new Alpha brass when loading 22 Creed, but I do with all new brass, regardless, .223, etc, on first loading. -
Tikka 223 73 vs 75 vs 80 eldm

Yes, well mine is set to give MIL output, but yes. The data that it puts out correlates very well with the JBM or GeoBallistics data that I use for the DOPE at the given density altitude. -

The Revic does have an option where it will give you a BDC “shoot to” distance which is essentially an angle compensated range. When in this mode, it will flash the line of sight distance first, then the angle compensated range. -

The 22 creedmoor thread
Reloads with 88ELDm in Tikka 18” factory 22-250 barrel rechambered to 22 Creed, I’m getting ~2950 fps. Haven’t shot factory stuff out of it yet. -
7mm-08 short barrel recommendations
Yes, Thunderbeast threaded it and put a CB brake. It is threaded 9/16 x 24 and the brake is face mounted to the muzzle. -

Yes, I’m using the factory Tikka mag spring. I dont know of any other source, unfortunately. -

No, the Waters mag is awesome, I only wish it was available in a 4 round version so it was more flush. The Ascension Industries one does fit flush and so far has been 100% reliable, but is 3d printed, so it may have issues in the future, but fingers crossed! -

I’m using aftermarket mags, the Waters rifleman mags and Ascension industries. Both allow a 2.6” COAL. -

I’d be in for 2-3, at least. If they prove to be available and durable, it would be my go to on all of our guns. -

Probably 18-20” would be ideal. The Salvo is modular, but in its short configuration , at 6” it’s loud, so you need the full length to be effective and an 18” barrel would be about right. -
