Anybody change the barrel on a S20? I have one in 6.5 CR and was thinking of carbon fiber 18in barrel so I can set it up with a suppressor. I don't shoot over 500 yards with it, so I don't need the length of the 24in barrel that it has stock.
I have the KUIU Pro and mainly use the 3600 bag, averaging around 25-35lbs of gear most trips. My body is small framed, 5'9" and 130lbs and the KUIU has been a great value for me. It is easily adjustable and one of the only packs that doesn't cause lower back pain due to a bad disk I have.
I sleep really well in hammocks as I prefer hammocks in the amazon, but never considered one for cold weather. That airflow under you, even if it doesn't get to single digit temperatures would make it hard to get warm. Seems counter productive when trying to conserve calories.
