Not at all. Patriot is very much a budget rifle; its worst weakness is the plastic magazine design (but last I checked, even the Tikka T3x uses a plastic mag). But it flat out shoots and will get the job done, leaving money to spend on other items.

The solution is to have a separate e-mail address/account just for giveaways. That way all the junk doesn’t clutter the one you use for important things.

Seems here in E Tennessee it’s either that or gadwall on good days. Though late season we get spooked mallards, too.
