    Late to the game. Do not listen to anyone that says 6.5 CM or less. Pick up a 7 mag and close the app. I personally have a 6.5 for deer, and was talked into 300 PRC for elk in a similar thread I started. Better to have 2 than one do it all in my opinion.

    Core lokt has a reputation for being a really inconsistent and poorly shooting ammo. I’ve never had any “major” issues, but I feel considerably better shooting ELD-X and do notice a difference. I would recommend it over Remington every day of the week and twice on sundays.

    Well this would be quite the twist. It didn’t actually send any results out it was just showing up in accounts. Either way, for the sake of everyone who drew, I don’t want that to be the case and that the state is just protecting themselves from any mixups.

    Absolutely, you will always hold the gun back more than it does you. But that’s why I only said 600-760. A military sniper could take that setup out to a mile. So all I’m saying is a well practiced shooter shouldn’t be below 600 yards with that. At that point it’s effort rather than skill.
