The first hunt, I missed a billy about 43-44" inches at extreme yardage, which was the biggest I saw, never saw him again. Killed the next best billy out of the same group 4 days later on the same hunt, longest shot of my life. Probably saw 300 ibex total...
Kazhak typically has the biggest ibex, Kyrgyz second and Tajik last. although the WR was killed in Tajik, that was a special circumstance and the hunter probably dropped a huge sum to hunt in the Park.

Oakstone is south of the 152 and won't count as a Columbian for P&Y or B&C but will for SCI.
