@longspeak74, me too! I had a 74 CJ and I traded it for a 78 Camero...cause I needed one. 🤦🏼 It was so simple to work on and fix. You could take it apart on Saturday and have it all back together by Sunday.
Definitely Tillamook ice cream and cheese factory. Fun place for the kids, great ice cream treats, and cheese samples. Be sure to check hours.
There's some local butcher shops in Tillamook to check out. Tillamook Meats is home to the butcher that won the Hx channel's "The Butcher"...
@Billy Goat, I don't know. That smile looks like something else maybe. Like "he got a really purdy mouth, ain't he?" Or something like that. Creepy for sure.
@dr.mooseknuckles and rkcdvm, you may think that but have fun dealing with insurance companies and billing, regulations and more regulations, greedy hospital systems, public aid billing/payment etc.
All the really smart people go into engineering, accounting, IT, psychology and gender...
I have some experience hunting the So Cal and AZ boarder areas. At a boarder check station in CA the agent could see that I was coming back from hunting. She flagged me aside and we had an interesting conversation about what I saw when I was out, what I might run into when out there, what to...
@Ucsdryder, they'll NEVER do that! They ONLY kill the old, sick, and injured. And they'll kill all the CWD animals and eliminate it from the population.
I'm not a fan of traveling uith a duffel. They seem schizophrenic in terms of organization. Crap slides around, goes everywhere etc. When I did use one, I tended to pack stuff into smaller bags then organize those in the larger duffel. I prefer hard side cases that I can pack tight and keep...
Our last dog was bitten by a bat in the paw. I think it had be hit by a car and couldn't fly but was otherwise seemingly ok. I didn't see it at first, dog went to check it out, jumped up and back but it was too late. Big swollen paw and antibiotics took care of it.
We've had 3 in the last 25 years. One Jacuzzi brand and two Aquaterras from Costco. All 3 were 220V. The Jacuzzi was great. The only thing that went wrong was the temp controller 8 years in. It was easy to trace the problem and replace/fix. The first Aquaterra was good except the face...
Retail has become an interesting environment for sure. Between reduced stock/inventory (inventory is money $$$), worker attitudes and/or minimal staffing, and frequent shortages of certain items, frustrating and maddening has become the norm when shopping.
On the other side, those that work...
We had about 45-50% here in NE Colorado. It was cool to see through the glasses but I couldn't get a decent photo of it. I tried different filters etc. but most didn't show any coverage by the moon despite seeing it with the cardboard clown glasses.
I'm in the tragic accident camp. The crew was experienced and called out multiple maydays etc. as mentioned above. Corporate greed, not maintaining equipment, poor processes etc. in play as usual.
