    300 WSM Powder

It's looking like 4350 is winning this opinion. If it works for you in Alaska, should do the trick here in Wyoming!

    300 WSM Powder

Greetings! I've been running some amazing loads with R17 but have been unable to find much of it at all in this current climate. I'm running 178 grain ELD-X at 3089 FPS and they perform flawlessly on all the critters. Any suggestions for an easier to find replacement powder would be greatly...

    New suppressor

I have been running the Griffin Armament Sportsmen Ultralight on my 300 WSM and it is an absolute delight. For the options you are looking at, you can't beat TBAC- except for that whole price tag issue

    300 wsm load development

I am running Berger VLD Hunting (175 gr) with RL16 powder. The rifle is a Savage 110 Ultralight with a Griffin can. I am staying right around the 2900 mark and holding impressive accuracy out to 1100 yards. The thing has yet to let me down and, with this load, I have had wonderful results on...

New rain gear - Stone Glacier, Sitka, Kryptek, First Lite or Kuiu?

I bought King's XKG rain gear a few years ago and have used it in Washington, Wyoming, and South Africa. I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed! It is quiet, lightweight, and holds up wonderfully to all of the unexpected snags. Good luck!

    South Africa

They are currently doing load shedding- everyday they get a notification as to when the power will be out for the entire country. Each time is about 3 hours, but it's still an amazing place.

    South Africa

To start with, I've been to SA three times. As such, the advice here is based on my experience: It is a lot easier to use the PH's rifles. They have been tested and proven there and seem to be locked on. The outfitter I have used runs top notch rifles and outstanding glass. They will usually get...

    Suppressor Solvent

Just double check that there aren't any solvents that will void the warranty. That being said, soaking the baffles in CLR overnight does the trick pretty well. Make sure you clean the actual can before putting everything back together. Good luck!
