Just looking for some owner opinions on the kuiu Lt 7000. I found one for sale brand new for $600cad including the frame. To get a comparable bag/frame here in Canada from exo, kifaru, stone glacier etc would be $600 more.
Are those other brands really worth the extra $?
This may be a late reply to everyones comments, but everyone was right. We ended up camping overnight in -30c and it was a killer, with the stove running we were in our long sleeve shirts. But once we went to sleep the stove needed to be filled to the brim to keep the heat pumping and us warm...
It's funny that you say that, when my fiancee and I were out camping in the -15C range, we ran into a gentleman with a 650xd.

I love mine, although I do agree with others that the setup process with cold hands can suck. Otherwise you will not find a lighter stove to take with you.
I've used mine in the rocky mountains and found it held up extremely well.
