If you can’t afford to do both then I’d prioritize the 401k and save more money or make more money where you have so much excess cash flow it Makes sense to diversify and balance your asset classes. I own multiple homes….I made sure when I bought it I wasn’t house poor.

AGC. Always have my glass on me when hunting. In your application I use glass to look ahead through the branches and under. I spot game well in advance of when they see me this way. Also carry my air checker and range finder in same AGC carrier.
I’m surprised a competent advisor would fully invest given the obvious signs the economy was going down. At a minimum they should have dollar cost averaged you in over a 3 to 6 month period.

Alaknak for me. In AZ I don’t need mice scorpions and snakes coming in. I have a 12x20 and it would be ok for 4 guys including a stove. It’s easier to setup and lighter to setup solo if need be.
I’m not a fan of ring because they own the video and can give to authorities without your approval. I need to find a system where the video is local to my house.
