Good to know you've seen it as well. Have you made any correlation with Elk & the Jello? I am asking because I found decent elk activity in the area where this jello was found.
That's what I got from googling, I found this in middle of a gravel road and any vegetation was like 10 feet away...
I found this discharge while scouting for Elk on a logging road in the Oregon Coast. Two approximately 1 or 1.5 Oz within a 2 feet. Is this some sort of animal puke?

I have an Opticron MM4 50, I brought it to be used as a car scope with outdoorsman window mount and used it to spot wildlife in Yellowstone national park. Its a fine piece of equipment!
I think that could be an issue as well. I went with Tikka compact for its light weight and thought it would fit be better. My LOP may need some modifications.
