6.5 PRC and 7mm PRC

Fierce CT Rival help
I have a CT Rival in 6.5 PRC with a 22 inch barrel and mine weighs 6 pounds exactly. Like many on here I have also had high pressure and extraction issues. The main problem is a extremely tight throat which causes the high pressure problems then the case gets stuck and the tiny round flimsy...
