Here you go...a terrific (IMO) sight for information.

Be sure to click the "Knowledge Base" tab when you're finished reading...it gives information about specific calibers. Here's the link to the 308 since that's what...
Hard to say for sure...but I've had some luck with this kit:
Like I said, I don't know for sure this helped....but I can say it didn't scare the deer away! ...and the buck came in following the scent trail I laid down right to the scrape.
The Hamskea Trinity has been bullet proof for me,. For a sight you might want to consider a used Two or 3 pin slider. I used an HHA 3 pin set up as two fixed yardage pins and my bottom pin as the slider if I needed longer ranges. Good luck with things.
I went with the Elite Envision. Just felt right when I shot it. Grip feels good in my hand. No surprises in the draw...it was very "even" and predictable throughout...no "humps" to overcome. Not the fastest bow out there...not the slowest. Draw felt almost identical to the Elite Enkore to me.
I've used the HHA 3 pin slider. But went to the HHA single pin because I prefer the "uncluttered" sight picture of the single pin. Just comes down to personal preference.
Been using Lumenoks... they've been pretty reliable for me. Actually the weight hasn't bothered me. I generally run 125 or 150 CPA heads and the weight at the nock end balances out the FOC nicely in most cases.
