I have a razor 85 that I think would stand the test of time. I hope to never use the warranty but it’s nice to have the option if something ever happens. I really like that they have a eyepiece with a reticule for spotting shooter corrections.
I have had this optic for close to two years on a prs rifle. There is one minor blemish to the finish on the main tube. The glass is excellent. The scope has a mil XT ret. $2850TYD
I have that same setup on my 7 rem mag. I have a #4 heart 26” barrel and my poi shift is about 1 moa. Recoil reduction is alright don’t notice a ton of difference between using the can or the break when it comes to mitigation.
I have owned several and if you are going to do more than just flat or rolling terrain go with a mid drive. My newest bike is a m2 s ht ultra it is by far my favorite used it in mt hunt put 75 miles on it and was very impressed.
Guided hunts are expense but for a once in a lifetime opportunity spend the money. Do you research and find a reputable guide with the amenities that suite you.
Feds took my money on 2/2/22 still waiting. Even if it’s 200days still faster than snail mail form 4. My brother in laws paper form took 380 days just got it in March
It’s not a fair statement but hunting western Oklahoma and eastern Colorado is so wide open a person just about has to have a spotter or be willing to walk to see what you actually have in your sights. I have a vortex razor hd 60x80 not swaro but it’s good enough for this country boy.
It’s always nice to have the third shot with a pump, but I’d keep an over and under in mind. There are several manufacturers that have them in that price range. I really like to not have to worry about a shell stuck in the magazine for a young hunter. The gun is safe as soon as it’s broken open...
